1) Where do you ship?
We only ship to the United States. Delivery to other countries is not currently available.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders – no minimum purchase required. The shipping fee ($0.00) is clearly shown at checkout before payment.
3) How long does processing take?
Typically 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays). Processing includes order verification, packing, and handover to the carrier.
4) How long does delivery take?
Typically 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, weather, peak seasons, or destination-specific conditions.
5) Do you provide tracking?
Yes, when available, tracking information is provided via email after your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier’s first scan.
6) What payment methods do you accept?

7) Are taxes charged at checkout?
Product prices include taxes. We do not add additional tax at checkout.
8) Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, we will make a reasonable effort to cancel it. If it has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you may request a return after delivery (eligibility applies). Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
9) What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review and provide an appropriate resolution (replacement, refund, or other solution).

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery (eligibility applies). Returns are free, and no restocking fees are charged. After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
